RoadShow Elected as Best Newly Listed Company

In a recent survey carried out by the financial magazine, asiamoney, RoadShow Holdings Limited was elected as Hong Kong's best newly listed company. The survey was conducted by means of questionnaires sent to fund managers and heads of research throughout the Asia-Pacific region, Europe and the USA.

RoadShow Holdings Limited (888) was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 28 June 2001, raising funds to develop its multi-media-on-board system on transit vehicles, transit network media sales business and merchandising business, as well to invest in the Global Positioning System. The share's initial public offer price was HK$2.25 per share and the initial public offering in Hong Kong was oversubscribed by 156 times.

RoadShow is currently a leading supplier of multi-media-on-board systems for public transit vehicles. At present, 2,400 transit vehicles in Hong Kong are equipped with the MMOB system.
