Main Responsibilities :

  • To assist the Sales Team for all sales activities and providing sales administrative support to the Team.
  • Assist to formulate and implement sales plans to advertising agency and advertisers. 
  • To prepare and compile regular reports as required. 
  • To assist other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirement :

  • Degree/Diploma holder in business related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years’ working experience, preferably in media/advertising field.  
  • Well organized, strong sense of responsibility, self-initiative, detail-oriented and good communication skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken in Cantonese and English, conversational mandarin is preferred.
  • Working knowledge in MS Office applications, Powerpoint and Chinese typing is essential.

Main Responsibilities :

  • To manage & implement all operational issues of Transit Network Business.
  • To coordinate with internal parties and the posting contractor to ensure posting jobs are scheduled and implemented in good order.  
  • To coordinate and liaise with bus operators/depots for the logistic arrangements of posting jobs.  
  • To monitor the workmanship and quality control procedures of the posting contractor.

  • Providing full spectrum of HR & Administration services and functional support to business growth.
  • Coordinate with departments within the company to attain business objectives.

Requirement :
