Main Responsibilities :

• Assisting the Marketing & Sales Department in attaining its business objectives and to proactively strengthen the Company’s position by organizing advertising proposals, packages and campaigns and successfully marketing them to prospective and existing clients.

Requirement :

• Degree/Diploma holder with at least 1 year’s of sales experience, preferable in multi-media or electronic media or outdoor media.

Legal Professional (REF. : HRA0280708)

Job Purpose :

• To oversee legal and regulatory compliance for the Group.

Main Responsibilities :

• Directly reporting to the Managing Director, manage the legal function for the Group's best interests in legal matters with regard to commercial transactions and other public regulatory issues.
• Working with outside counsels on structuring deals and transactions of an array of commercial nature, legal documentation preparation as well as implementation in a Greater China perspective.
  

Requirement :

• A qualified solicitor.
• At least 8 years' post qualification experience obtained from established law firms and preferably specializing in corporate and commercial areas with company secretarial experience and be affluent with Listing Rules and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of PRC legal and regulatory compliance.
• Previous experience in listed company as in-house counsel.
• Able to work independently with an analytical mind and strong common sense.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.

Job Purpose :

• To oversee the development and operations of the broadcasting system in mobile transit network.

Main Responsibilities :

• To be responsible for the full spectrum of project design work on the broadcasting system in mobile transit network.
• To conduct technical or evaluation study on construction technology and products.
• To analyze technical data and comment on method statements.
• To liaise with consultants and contractors to ensure the Group's requirements are met.

• Degree holder in Engineering or related disciplines.
