RoadShow equipped MMOB systems on additional buses to total 4,000 transit vehicles with 16,000 LCD monitors, reaching 3 million audience daily.
RoadShow received the Caring Company Award of the Hong Kong Council of Social Service for three consecutive years from 2002 to 2004. RoadShow was recognized for its on-going efforts in caring for the community and commitment to good corporate citizenship through disseminating community service messages and broadcasting public educational programmes via MMOB.
RoadShow received the Gold Award for Overall Annual Reports in the media company category from the International Academy Awards of Annual Reports Competition 2004. The world-wide competition is hosted annually by the New York-based MerComm Inc., and is the world's largest and most prestigious awards event honouring excellence in annual reports.

For two consecutive years won the Caring Company Award organized by the Hong Kong Council of Social Services. For the third consecutive year, RoadShow was selected as one of the top 500 Chinese enterprises in 2003 by Yazhou Zhoukan news magazine.
RoadShow received the Championship Award in the 15th (2003) Hong Kong Printing Awards in the Annual Report category. The award is jointly organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, the Hong Kong Productivity Council, the Hong Kong Publishing Professionals Society and the Graphic Arts Association of Hong Kong.

RoadShow and Daye Transmedia Co., Ltd. ("Daye"), a company wholly owned by the People's Daily, formed a joint venture company, to provide media sales services in Mainland China.
RoadShow formed a joint venture company in Guangzhou which has the rights to display advertising on bus shelters, billboards, bus bodies and telephone booths in Guangzhou.
RoadShow invested in a joint venture company in Shanghai which holds the advertising rights for the 'Lamplight Rainbow', bridge-shaped advertising arches located along heavily travelled Huaihai Road in Shanghai.
RoadShow entered into an agreement with Shun Tak Holdings Limited ("Shun Tak") to form a joint venture company to expand the Group's media sales business in Macau and Pearl River Delta Region.

RoadShow and Samsung Electronics completed the world's largest MMOB project to equip 2,400 buses with 9,600 LCD monitors.
Roadshow Holdings Limited listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
RoadShow's initial public offering raised HK$588.8 miliion with 156 times over subscription.
RoadShow entered into an agreement with Aberdeen Maxicab Service Company Limited to develop the MMOB system for use on their public light buses.
